I was pleased with the service and room that I had on a previous stay 5 years ago in the platinum tower but that was 5 years ago.
It should be renamed “Crack Rock” Hotel because of the deplorable condition it was in and unhelpful front desk help that we had during check in.
This was, by far, the worst Hotel and Casino that I have ever visited.
